In order to get this pet you need to have fishing learned, having it at level one is fine.

First thing you want to do it to take your portal to Shattrah City and fly out to Terokkar Forest to talk to Old Man Barlo. He can be found on the shore of Slimyr Lake right outside the city.

He offers a daily fishing quest. Each day is picked at random from these five quests.

Crocolisks in the City

The one you are looking for is Crocolisks in the City so you’ll have to keep checking back daily for the one you want.

The quests asks you to go fishing in Stormwind or Orgrimmar to find a baby croc. There is a debate on if it drops in other cities but why waste the time. Just fish in any water spots within the cities.

After you get the Baby Crocolisk then head back to Old Man Barlo to receive your Bag of Fishing Treasures.

All four of the baby crocs have a chance to drop from the bag. There is a 50% chance one of them will drop.

*If a pet can be sold then it can be put in a cage and sold on the Auction House. The prices vary daily and dependent on your server. If you do sell your pets on the the AH, just know that pets DO sell but it takes time so don’t crash the market by super undercutting to sell faster.
